Jenna Bezoza
Jenna Bezoza, a senior associate of the firm, concentrates her practice in commercial leasing matters, representing both landlords and tenants in the preparation and negotiation of complex office and retail leases, licenses and related agreements.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Bezoza worked in-house at a prominent Manhattan real estate investment trust, with commercial properties throughout Manhattan and the greater New York metropolitan area, including one of the world’s most famous trophy office buildings located in midtown Manhattan.
EDUCATION
Ms. Bezoza received her Juris Doctor Degree from the Fordham University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts Degree in public policy and law from Trinity College, pi gamma mu.
ADMISSIONS
Ms. Bezoza is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association and the Connecticut State Bar Association. She is admitted to practice law in New York and Connecticut.
Christopher J. Dylewski
Christopher J. Dylewski, a senior associate of the firm, is an experienced commercial litigator. He concentrates his practice on litigation relating to commercial tenancies and other real estate related matters. He first developed his advocacy skills as a prosecutor and then gained a range of litigation experience before focusing his practice on litigation relating to real estate.
Mr. Dylewski is a former member of the Housing Court Committee of the New York City Bar Association.
EDUCATION
Mr. Dylewski received a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hunter College/CUNY.
ADMISSIONS
Mr. Dylewski is admitted to practice law before the courts of New York, the United States District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
STEVEN J. SHANKS
Steven J. Shanks, an associate of the firm, concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis in real estate litigation and automotive litigation.
EDUCATION
Mr. Shanks received a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and received a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Journalism and Anthropology from Rutgers University.
ADMISSIONS
He is admitted to practice law before the state courts of New York and New Jersey, and the United States District Courts of the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, and District of New Jersey.
