CORPORATE LAW
The Firm serves as counsel to issuers and underwriters in both private placements and public offerings of equity and debt securities under the Securities Act of 1933. We also act as special counsel to corporations, controlling shareholders and employee groups in matters concerning mergers and acquisitions. The Firm regularly advises clients in connection with contractual matters, corporate governance, partnerships, strategic alliances, joint ventures, executive compensation agreements, stock option plans and other matters of business and commerce.
